Second time going to Betten for service and I've been pleasantly surprised both times. This place is run by crooks. They cleared the check engine light before the sale of the car. We bought a 2020 car from their used lot, and the check engine light came on during the drive home and the car smelled of gas. My wife brought it back and they talked her into buying a $3000 warranty, and then held the car for 10 days. After | Read Full Review

I called today and have been run around the corner. By law the dealership can give me the service of a vehicle that's been there as long as they redact the previous owners information.
